I've spent almost 30 years moving between two worlds that rarely talk to each other: the offensive trenches where real attacks are built and run, and the boardroom where risk decisions actually get made. That dual fluency is the job — translating technical reality into board-level vision, and vision back into operational plans that survive contact with reality.
Today I work as a Principal Cyber Security Strategist and fractional Field CISO/CTO for C-suites across Europe, alongside public speaking and enablement work that keeps security teams sharp and boards informed.
