Where I plug in

• Interim or fractional CISO/CTO coverage during a hire, a transition, or a scale-up phase
• Building or maturing a security program from the ground up — policy, tooling, team structure
• Representing security to the board, regulators, and key customers
• Mentoring an existing internal team that needs a more experienced voice at the table

This is hands-on leadership, not a slide deck handed to your team and left to implement alone. I stay close enough to the detail to be useful, and senior enough to own the outcome.
